<br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6494 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />APPROVAL TO PURCHASE A RADAR SPEED DISPLAY TRAILER FROM <br />DECATUR ELECTRONICS UTILIZING FORFEITURE FUNDS. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Four bids were received for a replacement radar speed display <br />trailer to be purchased by the Police Department and; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the bid received by Decatur Electronics, was for $7450 and; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the other bids for a similar product were $13.639, $13,135, and <br />$11,940. <br /> <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />does hereby authorize the purchase of a radar speed display trailer from Decatur <br />Electronics in the amount of $7450 utilizing forfeiture funds. <br /> <br />Adopted this 11th day of April 2005. <br /> <br /> ______________________________ <br /> Rob Marty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> _______________________________ <br /> Kurt Ulrich <br />City Clerk/Administrator <br />(SEAL)
