APPROVAL OF MINUTES 15 <br /> 16 <br />A. February 7, 2005 Special City Council Minutes. 17 <br /> 18 <br />Mayor Marty made a correction to page 5, line 9, as follows: “He stated he would like 19 <br />civility maintained while speaking with citizens and to one another.” 20 <br /> 21 <br />MOTION/SECOND. Marty/Stigney. To approve the February 7, 2005 City Council Minutes as 22 <br />amended. 23 <br /> 24 <br /> Ayes-5 Nays-0 Motion carried. 25 <br /> 26 <br />B. March 14, 2005 City Council Minutes. 27 <br /> 28 <br />Numerous corrections were made by the Council on the March 14, 2005 Minutes, as well as 29 <br />a request for additional minutes in one section, and the Recording Secretary will be submitting 30 <br />a corrected set of Minutes in the near future. 31 <br /> 32 <br />MOTION/SECOND. Thomas/Gunn. To approve the March 14, 2005 City Council Minutes as 33 <br />amended. 34 <br /> 35 <br /> Ayes-5 Nays-0 Motion carried. 36 <br /> 37 <br />11. REPORTS 38 <br /> 39 <br />A. Reports of Mayor and Council 40 <br /> 41 <br />Council Member Stigney stated he had filled in for the Mayor at the State Legislature last week 42 <br />when they were discussing TIF for possible redevelopment of the Bridges Golf Course, and the 43 <br />end result was they were going to continue the discussion. 44 <br /> 45
