CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />A. Schedule a Public Hearing for 7:05 pm on Monday, June 13, 2005, to Consider Ordinance <br />759, Amending Section 4.02 (Filing for Office) of the Mounds View City Charter. <br />B. Resolution 6538 Approving a Contract with CorVel Corporation for Worker’s Compensation <br />Managed Care Services <br />Staff recommends the Council to approve Resolution 6538, approving the contract with CorVel <br />Corporation for managed care services. <br /> Motion Made: Motion Second: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />C. Resolution 6539, Consideration of Application to Voluntary Investigation and Cleanup <br />Program (VIC) for City Property known as the Former Sysco Property. <br />A No Association letter would provide closure to the City and would make known the enforcement <br />intentions of the MPCA. Should the City choose not to proceed with the VIC program, any future <br />enforcement would be unknown. Being that the environmental assessment has already been <br />completed and the information is current, it may be a good time to complete a No Action request, which <br />would provide assurance to the City that future action will not be required. Staff recommends council <br />to approve Resolution 6539, Authorizing application to the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency <br />Voluntary Investigation and cleanup program to request a No Action Letter for City property known as <br />the former Sysco Property. <br />Motion Made: Motion Second: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
