As previously stated, Mr. Fleischhacker was hired as a <br />full-time employee on May 12, 2003. Prior to that, Mr. Fleischhacker was <br />employed by the City of Mounds View for four years as a seasonal employee. <br />Mr. Fleischhacker is currently in the Sanitary Sewer Division. <br /> <br />The Public Works Director and Public Works Supervisor have met with Mr. <br />Fleischhacker to discuss his interest and qualifications, as well as expectations <br />for this position. The director and supervisor recommend that Mr. Fleischhacker <br />be appointed to fill the vacancy in the Surface Water Division of the Public Works <br />Department. <br /> <br />As this is a lateral move, there is no increase in wages.
