1. The plans and specifications for the Groveland Park Building <br />Replacement Project, which were prepared pursuant to Resolution <br />No. 6383, adopted by the City Council on October 25, 2004 are <br />hereby approved as the plans and specifications in accordance with <br />which said improvements shall be constructed. <br /> <br />2. The public improvement hearing is waived. <br /> <br />3. Said improvements are hereby ordered and shall hereafter be <br />known and referred to as the Groveland Park Building Replacement <br />Project. Said ordering of the improvements shall be valid for a <br />period of eighteen (18) months from the date of adoption of this <br />resolution. <br /> <br />4. Sixty-five percent (65%) of the total project cost shall be financed <br />utilizing Park Dedication Funds (Account No. 285-4470-3030), and <br />the remaining 35% to be derived for the Special Project Funds <br />(Account No. 280-4180-7050). <br /> <br />5. A date to receive bids for said improvements is hereby established <br />as July 14, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. <br /> <br />6.
