<br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6569 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SEVERANCE FOR KRISTIN PROSOSKI <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Kristin Prososki has resigned from her position as Planning <br />Associate with the City of Mounds View effective June 14, 2005; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Section 4.35D: Separation Compensation of the City’s personnel <br />manual indicates that an employee will be compensated for accrued vacation time; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the balance of accrued and unused vacation time is 52.14 hours as <br />of June 14, 2005; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Kristin Prososki’s current annual salary is $41,392.00 which <br />translates to a rate of pay of $19.90 per hour; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the maximum potential payout of vacation time will be 52.14 hours x <br />$19.90 = $1,037.58. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />approve a one-time payout of accrued and unused vacation time in an amount not to <br />exceed $1,037.58 as of June 14, 2005 to Kristin Prososki. <br /> <br />Adopted this 27th day of June, 2005. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ________________________________ <br /> Rob Marty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /> ________________________________ <br /> Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br />(seal)
