<br />RESOLUTION 6576 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A Resolution Approving a Gasoline and Tobacco License for Gas for Less <br />located at 2525 Highway 10 <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Sharouki Enpterprises recently submitted an application for a <br />gasoline and tobacco license for Gas for Less; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the licensing period would be July 1, 2005 to June 30, 2006; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View businesses must be approved by the <br />City Council. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mound View City <br />Council does hereby approve a gasoline and tobacco license for Gas for Less <br />located at 2525 Highway 10. <br /> <br /> Adopted this 11th day of July, 2005. <br /> <br /> <br /> _______________________________ <br /> Rob Marty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> _______________________________ <br /> Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br /> <br />(seal) <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
