It also includes an adopted <br /> ordinance from Bloomington(see pages IVA-1 to A-15)and a draft ordinance from Rosemount(see pages <br /> IVB-1 to B-3). <br /> The second publication from SANDAG includes an excellent discussion of how cellular,Enhanced Mobile <br /> Radio(ESMR),and personal communications services(PCS)technologies operate(see pages 9-20). <br /> The excerpt from the National League of Cities publication discusses how the impact of the <br /> Telecommunications Act of 1996 on local zoning power. <br /> Staff has collected ordinances from the following cities: <br /> • Arden Hills <br /> • Brooklyn Park <br /> • Burnsville <br /> • Rosemount <br /> • Roseville <br /> What we have learned from our review of these ordinances is that they usually cover certain topics. We have <br /> not copied all of these ordinances for Planning Commission because the amount of copying would be <br /> voluminous. We have summarized their provisions,however,in the chart in Attachment 1.
