Mounds View Planning Commission August 7, 1996 <br /> • Regular Meeting Page 13 <br /> Dave Griffen, 2965 County Road H, inquired as <br /> to what the church is doing now with their <br /> property? Mr. Diem explained that the church <br /> is currently renting because their facility has <br /> been sold. <br /> Barb Cloues, 2897 County Road H, again <br /> expressed her concerns regarding alternative <br /> parking and Chair Peterson assured her that <br /> • these issues will be addressed. Ms. Cloues <br /> also inquired as to the signage that would be <br /> on site. The applicant explained that there <br /> would be an illuminated cross on the building <br /> and a sign would show the name of the church, <br /> service and Sunday school times and it would <br /> be located on the building near the entrance. <br /> Additional snow storage issues were reiterated <br /> • and the applicant explained that snow storage <br /> will not be located in areas where water is <br /> expected to drain. <br /> Shelley Borden, 3009 County Road H, asked <br /> the Planning Commission what "tabling" this <br /> item means? The Planning Commission <br /> explained that there is not enough information <br /> to make a decision at this time. <br /> Planning Associated Pruitt noted at this time <br /> that a wetland alteration permit is also needed. <br /> Community Development Director Sheldon <br /> asked when the City could expect to receive <br /> the needed items for review from the applicant. <br /> Mr. Diem indicated that they would be supplied <br /> in one week and will be shown to the Planning <br /> Commission at the next meeting. <br /> The informational meeting was closed at 9:00 <br /> • p.m. <br />
