Director Sheldon recommended <br /> to the Planning Commission that this item be <br /> tabled at this point but noted that the applicant <br /> is requesting that the Planning Commission act <br /> on the variance so that the lay-out of the site <br /> can be arranged. <br /> The Planning Commission inquired about the <br /> curb cuts that are not in compliance. Planning <br /> Associate Pruitt informed the Commission that <br /> the applicant desires to remedy this issue and • <br /> come into compliance with City Code. Planning <br /> Associate Pruitt also noted items that need to <br /> be addressed: landscaping, fire suppression <br /> system, driveway access, exits on both sides of <br /> the building, revised floor plans showing one <br /> story not two, revised drainage plans for <br /> approval by the City Engineer and submittal of <br /> an application for a wetland alteration permit. <br /> The applicant, Bill Diem, explained that he is in <br /> favor of temporarily tabling this item due to the <br /> fact that the main office for Stahl Construction <br /> is located in Pennsylvania and that it may take <br /> some additional time to get all the items <br /> required. <br /> Lyle Bellis, 2977 County Road H, inquired <br /> whether or not the proposed building would be <br /> a multi-person residence. Mr. Diem responded <br /> that there would be no residence on site.
