Public Informational <br /> Meeting Regarding <br /> Community Development Director Pamela the Request of Stahl <br /> Sheldon noted that this item was discussed at Construction for the <br /> the Planning Commission agenda meeting and Construction of the <br /> that Stahl Construction is requesting to build a New Apostolic Church <br /> church, the New Apostolic Church, on the at 3025 County Road <br /> property located at 3025 County Road H. H, Planning Case No. <br /> 452-96 <br /> Community Development Director Sheldon <br /> informed the Planning Commission that there <br /> was new information regarding parking and <br /> drainage for this request. She continued by <br /> explaining that the Building Inspector had <br /> calculated the total parking stalls required <br /> based on the total area of the building, not the <br /> seating capacity, and that Stahl Construction <br /> has asked that it be recalculated by the area <br /> that will be used for seating. Stahl's point was <br /> • that not all of the area will be used for seating <br /> and they anticipate their parking needs will not <br />
