Mr. Diem indicated that landscaping is <br /> required for a buffer. <br /> Commissioner Brasaemle asked where the <br /> parking issue stands with the 22 stall difference <br /> from what is required. Planning Associate <br /> Pruitt explained that the building inspector has <br /> gone over the floor plans based on maximum <br /> occupancy load of the building and that the <br /> applicant would need to show proof of <br /> permanent seating for the facility. Community <br /> Development Director Sheldon indicated that <br /> there is a one stall per four seat required per <br /> City Code and that 32 stalls currently are <br /> proposed. <br /> Lyle Bellis, 2977 County Road H, asked <br /> whether or not the church congregation was <br /> required to sing and was concerned about the <br /> noise level. The applicant indicated that, yes, <br /> they would be singing and said that <br /> construction would consist of 6 inch insulated <br /> walls. <br /> Barb Cloues, 2875 County Road H, asked if <br /> photographs were available. The applicant <br /> indicated that he would bring the photographs <br /> to the next meeting.
