Mounds View City Council June 27, 2005 <br />Regular Meeting Page 4 <br /> <br />Administrative Assistant Crane stated that staff has investigated all aspects of the application to 1 <br />ensure that all requirements have been met. She noted that the police inquiry investigation, the 2 <br />utility building investigation and the fire safety report have been included for Council review. 3 <br />She stated that there was a small problem with the fire inspection noting that they did not have an 4 <br />electrical permit or inspection. She stated that the Building Official did inspect and all 5 <br />requirements have been met and staff is recommending approval. 6 <br /> 7 <br />Mayor Marty opened the public hearing at 8:36 p.m. 8 <br /> 9 <br />Mayor Marty closed the public hearing at 8:37 p.m. 10 <br /> 11 <br />Mayor Marty clarified that the applicant had not pulled a permit for the electrical work and asked 12 <br />if the city would apply a fine. 13 <br /> 14 <br />Administrative Assistant Crane stated that she would have to verify and report back. 15 <br /> 16 <br />MOTION/SECOND. Stigney/Thomas. To Approve Resolution 6548 Approving an Off Sale 17 <br />Intoxicating Liquor License Renewal for Robert’s Sports Bar and Entertainment, located at 2400 18 <br />County Road H2 and waive the reading. 19 <br /> 20 <br /> Ayes-5 Nays-0 Motion carried. 21 <br /> 22 <br />E. 7:25 p.m. Public Hearing to Consider Resolution 6549, an On Sale 23 <br />Intoxicating Liquor License for Jake’s Sport’s Café, located at 2400 Highway 24 <br />10. 25 <br /> 26 <br />Administrative Assistant Crane stated that staff has investigated all aspects of the application to 27 <br />ensure that all requirements have been met.
