<br />RESOLUTION 6584 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REVISING THE 2005 FEE SCHEDULE <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, revisions and updated to the fee schedule are necessary; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, revisions were made to photocopy costs due to changes in Chapter <br />13 of the Minnesota Statute in regard to Photocopy charges not to exceed .25 per copy <br />if under 100 pages; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, revisions were made to Fireworks Permit costs due to changes in <br />Minnesota Statute 624.20 regulating legal fireworks charges. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View does hereby approve the revisions of the 2005 Fee Schedule, which is <br />attached to this resolution. <br /> <br />Adopted this 25th day of July, 2005. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />____________________________________ <br />Rob Marty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />____________________________________ <br />Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br /> <br />(seal) <br />
