Planning Commission <br /> Planning Case No.460-96: 2975 Highway 10 • <br /> • <br /> October 9, 1996 <br /> Page 10 <br /> Staff would recommend that the following requirements be made: <br /> 1. parking lot be seal coated and striped; curbing be installed <br /> 2. changes to driveway entrances as noted above <br /> 3. building be painted and signage on windows be removed <br /> 4. fencing be repaired and painted, post reset and gaps filled; replaced if too <br /> deteriorated <br /> 5. parking lot lighting be replaced no later than three years from date of approval; <br /> lighting to be placed in landscaped islands or at perimeter of parking lot <br /> 6. additional landscaping be installed along Spring Lake Road and Highway 10 within <br /> three years from date of approval <br /> 7. hours limited to weekdays and Saturdays; no repair work done earlier than 8:00 <br /> AM or later than 6:00 PM(office may be open during additional hours) <br /> 8. no fuel pumps allowed without approval of amended CUP <br /> 9. no expansion of number of service bays or building square footage without <br /> approval of amended CUP <br /> 10. no body work or painting permitted . <br /> 11. all repair work to be done inside the building; no cars parked outside in a <br /> dismantled state . <br /> 12. must meet performance standards in Sections 1103.09 - 1103.15 in particular <br /> 13. must meet Federal and State laws regarding underground storage tanks; must meet <br /> Section 1103.17 on storage tank removal <br /> cc: Ron Ostrander, 695 E. 79th Street, Apt 2, Bloomington MN 55420 <br /> • <br />
