The ordinance establishes the requirement at 20feet (for 2.5 acre or <br /> smaller sites) and 30 (for sites larger than 2.5 acres). <br /> (Staff has checked the site plan approved for Cross of Glory, as was requested by the Planning <br /> Commission, and they could proceed under the new ordinance with the construction of the • <br /> expanded parking lot.
