The criteria for granting of conditional use permits are listed <br /> in Section 1125.01 Subd. 3. These criteria are discussed below, and have been grouped <br /> by issue where appropriate. <br /> Lot Area <br /> • <br /> Subd. 3 d. A minimum lot area of twenty two thousand five hundred(22,500)square feet and minimum <br /> lot dimensions of one hundred fifty feet by one hundred thirty feet(150'x 130')be provided. <br /> Subd. 8 a.
