Proof of ownership and letter from owner of Citgo parcel giving permission for <br /> application to be filed on this parcel <br /> Items still needed include: <br /> 3. Comments from the City Engineer and Rice Creek Watershed District (staff to do <br /> referral) <br /> 4. Provide copy of map dated 2/19/92 showing test drive routes. <br /> 5. Show three handicapped parking spaces, and convert two inventory spaces to <br /> customer spaces, to comply with parking requirements. <br /> 6. Add note to plans that customer and employee parking will be clearly marked and <br /> kept free of use for inventory. <br /> 7. Provide detail on plan as to how trash enclosure will be constructed.
