Having this garage will allow for the properiy to be kept izx better order and for <br />storage of larger-than-typical equipment. Improving neighborhoods by enclosing stored <br />items is beneficial to the community and consistenfi with commuzu�y goals. � <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds V'iew Planning Commissian <br />recommends approval of the conditional use pern�it with the following stipulaiions: <br />The conditiona.i use pemut be recorded with Ramsey County witivn 64 days of City <br />Council approval, and a receipt of such recording shall be provided to the City of <br />Mounds View. <br />2. The garage shall be desi�ned arad maintained to provide a uniform building <br />appearance with the dwelling unit. <br />The garage shali not be used far living space or other, uses noi allowed by the <br />district in which it is located or by the Zoning Cod� �Should the <br />use c�ange for which the permit was granted, th� canditzomal i�se permit shall <br />become null and vaid. <br />4. Th� garage shall be situated parallei to the home such ihat it mainiain� a consisteni <br />distance from the sid� of the home closest to �he garage and not be set at an angle. <br />
