Revise the parking layout to show �e additiona.l parking spac� so that <br />cou�t provided is 43 spaces, wit� lf�spaces shown in parking areas wbich <br />could be added if deemed necessa� by the City.� <br />b. Approval of this variance shall be null and vaid i#° any one of the following <br />approvals axe not obtained for this project: <br />a. Weiland alteration permit approval by the City Council <br />b. Rice Creek Watershed District perniit approval <br />c.
