These trees serve as an additional buffer between the proposed <br />building and a.djacent parcels. There are plans in the future to create nature irails and <br />hikin� paths in the open area behind the site. Retention of ihis wooded area will a.11ow for <br />a more opaque screen while retaining the natural cha.racter of the sii�.
