Anthony Properties would build the theater to be operated by a compa.rzy called <br />Carniike. The property contains 23.99 acres of which 8.58 acres is wetiand. The current zoning <br />shows approximately 17 acres in B-1 neighborhood commercial and seven acres in R-2 singl� <br />family and duplex resideniial. The residentiai area is in a strip approxima�ely 25� %et wide along <br />the County Road k�22 frontage. The proposed zoning is Planned Unit I�evelopment {PUD) which <br />alIows for a customized set of reg�alations tailored to ihe particular proposa� and allowing the City <br />more control over uses, signage, landscaping, buffering, etc. If the PUD is granted for a 16- <br />
