Letter from Property Owner(Norwest Bank) <br /> Background: <br /> Since the Planning Commission's last meeting on March 19, 1997, the applicant has provided staff <br /> with updated site, drainage, and landscape plans which now show the location of the signage and <br /> lighting for the project. The applicant proposes to sod a large proportion of the site and to plant a <br /> variety of evergreens. Staff will have the City Forester review the landscape plans prior to your <br /> meeting on April 2, 1997. The lighting indicated on the site plan will be provided by two 30-foot <br /> standards along the property's Highway 10 frontage; two 18-foot standards, one of which would <br /> be located behind the building, the other by the site's entrance along Spring Lake Road; antl 7 <br />
