E . <br /> Wells & Associates, LLC <br /> DATE : February 11 , 1997 <br /> SUBJECT: Parking Requirements for the Proposed Carmike Cinema , <br /> Lancaster County, Pennsylvania . <br /> Introduction <br /> 411 This memorandum presents a discussion of the proposed Carrriike . <br /> Cinema project located in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania : The <br /> site, located between Rohrerstown Road and Manheim Pike in East <br /> Hempfield Township, is proposed to consist of a 50 , 000 square- <br /> foot , 1 , 892 seat cinema and an out parcel located west of the <br /> main building, and supply 540 parking spaces as shown on Figure <br /> 1 . The zoning ordinance currently states that a minimum parking <br /> requirement of one parking space for each 200 square feet of <br /> building area and not less than one (1) parking space per two (2) <br /> seats .
