Resolution No. 56-82 <br />Page 2 <br />5) Public Hearing notices regarding the conditional use <br />permit be sent to all property owners within the <br />following area: <br />a) South of Highway 10 - the area east of Spring Lake <br />Road, north of County Road I and West of Groveland <br />Road. <br />b) North of Highway 10 - within a radius of 350 feet <br />of the north property line of this development. <br />6) Per the copy of site plan dated August 25, 1982, the <br />following items delineated on this plan should be main- <br />tained: <br />a) Northernmost building setback is 40 feet from High- <br />way 10. <br />b) Distance between buildings is 30 feet. <br />c) Ponding volume of .16 acre feet minimum. <br />d) Sixty four (64) covered and twenty-nine (.29) <br />• uncovered parking spaces (.four (4) handicapped <br />spaces will be provided). <br />e) Specific areas for trash collection. <br />ATTEST: <br />• (.SEAL) <br />f) As modified from the original plan, fire flow to <br />this development shall be 1,500 gallons per minute <br />at a minimum. <br />g). Sanitary sewer service to connect to existing main <br />at Knollwood Drive and Oakwood Drive. <br />h) Cross easement access to property to the east off <br />of Highway 10. <br />i) Northernmost garage setback to be forty (40) feet <br />from Highway 10. <br />Adopted this lst day of September, 1982 <br />
