Resolution No. 79-83 <br />Page 2 <br />3) Development Agreement be granted to include the following <br />• provisions: <br />a) Exhibits <br />1) site plan <br />2) surveyors certificate <br />3) legal description <br />4) Chapter 49A security of $1,000.00 <br />5) building plans and specifications <br />6) joint parking covenants <br />b) Exhibit 2A to require the following: <br />1) Payment of all City expenses be made within 30 <br />days of receipt from the City by the developer. <br />2) Covenants of easement for drainage and access <br />will be filed at Ramsey County Court House between <br />Tracts A and B of the exhibited surveyors certifi- <br />cate. <br />3) Easements will be given for sewer and water <br />services for Tract B through Tract A after loca- <br />tion is found. Final location of sewer and water <br />service will not fall within five feet of the <br />• foundation.
