• MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 507-97 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> TO ALLOW AN OVERSIZED GARAGE FOR NOEL BARRAGAN, <br /> 7765 SPRING LAKE ROAD; MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE NO. 481-97 <br /> WHEREAS, Noel Barragan has applied for a conditional use permit to construct a 1,180 <br /> square-foot garage on her property located at 7765 Spring Lake Road, zoned R-1, Single Family <br /> Residential, legally described as followed: <br /> SUBJ TO ROAD AND EXCEPT NO 25 FT AND EXCEPT SO 378 FT OFLOT 24, <br /> AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION NO. 89 <br /> WHEREAS, The Mounds View Zoning Code allows, with a conditional use permit, up to <br /> 1,264 square feet of garage/accessory building on one lot; and <br /> • WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the following documents regarding <br /> this proposal: <br /> a.
