MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 506-97 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> TO ALLOW AN OVERSIZED GARAGE FOR KENNETH NEWCOMBE, <br /> 7150 KNOLLWOOD DRIVE; MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE NO. 480-97 <br /> WHEREAS, Kenneth Newcombe has applied for a conditional use permit to construct a <br /> 1,264 square-foot garage on his property located at 7150 Knollwood Drive, zoned R-1, Single <br /> Family Residential, legally described as followed: <br /> LOT 22,KNOLLWOOD PARK, RAMSEY COUNTY <br /> WHEREAS, The Mounds View Zoning Code allows, with a conditional use permit, up to <br /> 1,264 square feet of garage/accessory building on one lot; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the following documents regarding <br /> • this proposal: <br /> a. Planning Application <br /> b. Zoning Map <br /> c. Site Plan <br /> d. Building Plan <br /> e.
