Planning Commission Resolution 524-97 <br /> Jacobs Variance <br /> August 20, 1997 <br /> Page 2 <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed variance will not impair an adequate supply of light and air to <br /> adjacent property or substantially increase the congestion of the public streets or increase the <br /> danger of fire or endanger the public safety or substantially diminish or impair property values <br /> within the neighborhood in that the variance at most would permit three square feet of paved <br /> surface to remain attached to the Jacobs' driveway, a negligible areain relation to the total <br /> square-footage of the driveway. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View Planning Commission <br /> acting as the Board of Adjustment and Appeals approves the variance request of Paul Jacobs, <br /> residing at 5213 Brighton Lane, with the following condition: <br /> 1.
