Jones Inc., George and Christine Winiecki, and Five D Limited have <br /> applied for approval of a general concept plan for the development of a convenience market/gas <br /> station/car wash/fast food restaurant, sit down restaurant, office building(s), and a senior citizen <br /> housing project on property bounded by Highway 10, the St. Paul Waterworks pipeline easement, <br /> and Silver Lake Road, and described as follows: <br /> That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 6 To <br /> County, � Township 30, <br /> Range 23, Ramsey nty,Minnesota described as beginning at the southwest corner of <br /> said Southeast Quarter;thence easterly along the south line of said Southeast Quarter <br /> 1,346.90 feet to the center line of State Trunk Highway No. 10;thence northwesterly along <br /> said center line 1,434.13 feet to the center line of Silver Lake Road;thence southwesterly <br /> and southerly 1,219.64 feet along said last centerline to the point of beginning.
