'.505-97; and, <br /> 411/ WHEREAS, the proposed general concept plan is consistent with the Mounds View <br /> Comprehensive Plan and the requirements of the Mounds View PUD Zoning District; and, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br /> hereby approve the general concept plan for the D.W.
