This assignment will be assumed by a subcommittee comprised <br /> of City Managers. <br /> • Produce Joint Coalition Web Site- (March, 1997-December, 1999.) <br /> Design, implement, and maintain a Coalition home page on the internet that can be accessed by the <br /> public. This assignment will be assumed by the Community Development Community. <br /> 8. Contaminated Land Use Planning <br /> • Identify Under-Utilized Parcels of Land Currently Contaminated and Underutilized - <br /> (September, 1997 - December, 1998) <br /> The North Metro I-35W corridor communities have numerous contaminated land sites. These <br /> parcels represent a great opportunity for revitalization and reuse for development and redevelopment <br /> - both for commercial and industrial and in-fill housing opportunities. A collaborative effort will be <br /> undertaken to identify contaminated land, initiate remediation and place these parcels back into <br /> effective use in a coordinated manner.
