This was done through a windshield survey of the single <br /> family homes in the community. In addition, demographic data was collected, <br /> existing housings program were researched and other metro area City's housing <br /> programs were evaluated. <br /> As a result, the attached housing study provides an overview of these findings. <br /> • housingintern, Jennifer Berman who will be <br /> The work was done by the City's Bergman, <br /> present to give a brief overview of the study and answer any questions you may have. <br /> The use of excess Tax Increment Financing dollars may be a source to fund programs <br /> to rehabilitate existing single family and multi family dwellings similar to the business <br /> loan program. <br /> We would like as much input on the study as possible and the EDC's participation and <br /> insight is requested. <br />
