Planning Commission Resolution 542-98 <br /> Bridges Development Review <br /> April 15, 1998 <br /> Page 2 <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,that the Mounds View Planning <br /> Commission recommends approval to the City Council of a development review for Bridges <br /> Leasing Company, LLC, to expand the Bridges Technology Park as shown on site plans dated <br /> 3/6/98 and revised 4/8/98, subject to the following stipulations: <br /> 1. Prior to the issuance of any City permits, the applicant shall accomplish the following: <br /> a. Obtain a Rice Creek Watershed District permit. <br /> b. Enter into a development agreement with the City. <br /> c. Coordinate with City staff to resolve the parking requirement inconsistency either <br /> by obtaining a variance or conditional use permit for the reduced parking ratios. <br /> d. Arrange to combine Lots 2 and 3, Block 1 of the North Star Industrial Park 2nd <br /> Addition with Ramsey County and provide proof of such application to the City. <br /> e. Arrange to have recorded with Ramsey County the drainage and utility easement <br /> document for the wetland area as indicated on the revised site plan dated 4/8/98 <br /> and provide proof of such recordation to the City. • <br /> 2. Approval of this development review shall be contingent upon the adoption of Ordinance <br /> 615, an ordinance vacating a portion of a drainage and utility easement over and across <br /> Lots 2 and 3. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Planning Commission directs Staff to forward <br /> this resolution to the City Council prior to approval of the minutes. <br /> Adopted this 15th day of April, 1998 <br /> Jerry Peterson, Chairperson <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Rick Jopke, Community Development Director <br /> SEAL • <br /> N:\DATA\GROUPS\COMDEV\DEVCASES\514-98\542-98PC.RES <br />
