oORDINANCE NO. 615 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF A DRAINAGE AND <br /> UTILITY EASEMENT OVER LOTS 2 AND 3, BLOCK 1, NORTH STAR <br /> INDUSTRIAL PARK 2ND ADDITION. <br /> THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDAINS: <br /> SECTION 1. The City of Mounds View Municipal Code Appendix D is hereby amended to <br /> include reference to the following Special Ordinance No. 615: <br /> Subdivision 1. All of the following described land is subject to an easement ("Drainage <br /> and Utility Easement") for public utility purposes, as show on the plat of NORTH STAR <br /> INDUSTRIAL PARK 2ND ADDITION, Ramsey County, Minnesota: <br /> Lots 2 and 3, Block 1, NORTH STAR INDUSTRIAL PARK 2ND <br /> • ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof situated in <br /> Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> Subd. 2. The fee owner of the land subject to the Drainage and Utility Easement, Bridges <br /> Leasing Company, LLC, has requested the vacation of a portion of the Drainage and Utility <br /> Easement described as follows: <br /> To vacate a perpetual easement for utility and drainage purposes <br /> originally dedicated over that part of Lots 2 and 3, Block 1, <br /> NORTH STAR 'USTRIAL PARK'_"NT)4 r1DITION,according <br /> to the recorded plat thereof situated in Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> being a 10 foot strip of land lying 5 feet on each side of and <br /> adjacent to the south line of said Lot 2 and lying west of the east <br /> 10 feet of said Lots 2 and 3 and lying easterly of the westerly 10 <br /> feet of said Lots 2 and 3. <br /> Subd. 3. There are no public utilities or facilities located in the portion of the Drainage <br /> and Utility Easement area to be vacated described in Subd. 2 of this Ordinance. The proposed <br /> vacation of the portion of the Drainage and Utility Easement therefore will not adversely affect <br /> the ability of the City or other utility to maintain, repair, or replace public utilities. <br /> 4111 Subd. 4.
