Individuals who were interviewed or who had requested and received a <br /> separate meeting with the consultant for this planning project were Charles Durand, Ralph <br /> Durand, Daniel Richmann, Dale Jones, Cliff Hereid, George Sherman, Jeff Huggett and George <br /> Winiecki. <br /> Character <br /> • How do you envision the character of the redevelopment within this section of Highway 10 <br /> (e.g., Is it characterized by free standing developments? Are there potential <br /> linkages/connections that can or should be made?) <br /> • What kind of an impact does Highway 10 itself have on how this land is developed? <br /> • What are the potential pitfalls associated with the development or redevelopment of <br /> properties within the study area, and what can be done to temper such risks? <br /> • What are the most positive aspects related to the development or redevelopment of propertes <br /> within the study area?
