The parking lot for the Mermaid has been expanded and resurfaced in
• accordance with the development plans submitted to and approved by the City on May 11, 1998. It
was discovered after the fact that the development plans were in error, such that the parking lot
north of the building encroaches into the required sideyard setback and in one area crosses the
property line onto the Perkins property.
