That part of the Southeast quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 8,Township 30 <br /> North,Range 23 West,Ramsey County,Minnesota: <br /> which lies northerly of a line run parallel with and distant 33 feet northerly of the east and west • <br /> quarter line of said Section 8,southwesterly of a line run parallel with and distant 75 feet <br /> southwesterly of Line 1 described below and westerly of Line 3 described below; <br /> Line 1. Beginning at a point on the east and west quarter line of said Section 8,distant 848.5 feet <br /> west of the center thereof,thence run northwesterly at an angle of 40 degrees 07 minutes 00 seconds <br /> from said east and west quarter line(measured from west to north)for 400 feet and there <br /> terminating; <br /> Line 3.
