The applicant requests that either plan (the 1996 version or the plan <br /> contemplated now) be permitted to allow greater flexibility in marketing the building to <br /> prospective tenants or owners. The new proposal shows a building of a reduced size of 69,582 <br /> square feet, which is 33 percent smaller than the originally approved 102,950 square foot building. <br />
