Highway 10 Corridor Design theme -- Commission members participated in <br /> focus groups led by the Hoisington Koegler Group. <br /> 4. Code amendments--Reviewed and recommended code amendments <br /> concerning driveways and accessory buildings, and permitted uses in B-3 <br /> zoning districts. <br /> 5. Edgewood Drive realignment/Remnant parcel--Examined options and <br /> alternate plans,provided recommendations relating to zoning and possible <br /> future uses. <br /> 6. Code Enforcement Practices --Discussion regarding open and pending cases, <br /> procedural options. <br /> 1998 was a busy and productive year for the Planning Commission.
