Mr. Ericson informed the Commission that all the criteria regarding this CUP request have been met and that Staff felt that the benefit outweighs the impact of the proposal. The main concern is the significant size of the proposed garage. Mr. Ericson noted that the proposed resolution recommends approval to the City Council, however, there are stipulations attached to the resolution. Mr. Ericson addressed the concern regarding a business operating • from the garage and assured the Commission that the CUP could be revoked by the City Council in the event this occurred.
