Mr. Ericson informed the Commission that all the criteria regarding this CUP <br /> request have been met and that Staff felt that the benefit outweighs the impact of the proposal. <br /> The main concern is the significant size of the proposed garage. Mr. Ericson noted that the <br /> proposed resolution recommends approval to the City Council, however, there are stipulations <br /> attached to the resolution. Mr. Ericson addressed the concern regarding a business operating • <br /> from the garage and assured the Commission that the CUP could be revoked by the City Council <br /> in the event this occurred. <br />
