Mr. Ericson reminded the Commission that the Planning Commission in the past had <br /> two kinds of meetings: the agenda session, where items were discussed, and the regular meeting, <br /> • where items were acted upon. But because of state-mandated time constraints, the number of <br /> cases the City Council was actually dealing with, and to accommodate the applicants, the <br /> Planning Commission has been calling to order at every meeting.
