A copy <br /> •98 draft report was included in the packet. He indicated that after review by the <br /> 'tanning Commission the report would be forwarded to the City Council. He added that <br /> the report meets the intent of what the Code requires. <br /> Chairperson Peterson was concerned about the"Miscellaneous” section, Item 1, where it <br /> • states that the Planning Commission participated in discussions regarding the ring road. <br /> Chairperson Peterson recommended that a statement be added stating that the Planning <br /> Commission was not in favor of a ring road, which had been proposed by the University of <br />
