<br />RESOLUTION 6599 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Approving a Charitable Gambling Application <br />For the <br />2005 Festival in the Park <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Festival in the Park has submitted an application to <br />conduct charitable gambling (excluded bingo) on August 21, 2005; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council and residents recognize the <br />value of the Festival in the Park. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council does hereby approve Resolution 6599 Approving a Charitable Gambling <br />Application for the 2005 Festival in the Park. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 8th day of August, 2005. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />________________________________ <br />Rob Marty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________________ <br />Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />(seal)
