Arndt Subd. Report <br />August 8, 2005 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />Public Notice: <br /> <br />Minor subdivisions of land do not require a public hearing or public notice. However, Staff does <br />make an attempt to inform residents that would be immediately affected by a new home to <br />promote communication and awareness. For this request, staff sent notices to neighbors letting <br />them know about the subdivision and inviting them to attend the Council’s meeting on August 8. <br /> We have not received any feedback in response to the notices. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff and the Planning Commission recommend that the Mounds View City Council approve <br />Resolution 6589, a resolution approving a minor subdivision of 8084 Fairchild Avenue and 2812 <br />Sherwood Road, with conditions. <br /> <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Jim Ericson <br />Community Development Director <br /> <br />Attachments: <br />1.
