On September 6,2005 <br />an Executive Session was scheduled to discuss Mr. Ulrich’s job performance. It was <br />the consensus of City Council that his performance satisfies the requirements of the <br />position. <br /> <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />To approve Kurt Ulrich’s step increase from STEP FOUR ($90,461.28/yr) to STEP FIVE <br />($95,222.40/yr), effective July 21, 2005. <br /> <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Desaree Crane
