<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6620 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A STEP ADJUSTMENT FOR KURT ULRICH, <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Kurt Ulrich is a regular full-time employee who began working for the <br />City of Mounds View on July 21, 2003; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed his performance as it relates to the <br />responsibilities outlined in the job description; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City Council has determined that Mr. Ulrich has satisfactorily <br />performed in the capacity of City Administrator which is documented in his performance <br />review at the Executive Session dated September 6, 2005; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City Council recommends the approval of a wage adjustment, from <br />STEP FOUR to STEP FIVE, consistent with employee’s letter of hire dated June 14, <br />2003 and the Mounds View Personnel Manual. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby approve a wage adjustment for Kurt Ulrich, as City Administrator, from STEP <br />FOUR ($90,461.28/yr) to STEP FIVE ($95,222.40/yr), effective July 21, 2005. <br /> <br />Presented this 12th day of September, 2005. <br /> <br /> <br /> ____________________________________ <br /> Rob Marty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br />____________________________________ <br /> Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />(seal)
