A full plat of the <br /> 410 <br /> property may be substituted.. <br /> • Minimum Lot Size and Widths: Section 1104.02, Subd. 2b, as amended by Ordinance <br /> 590, sets the minimum R-2 zoned lot size at 12,500 square feet.
