Resolution 6591 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br /> <br />4. The proposed transfer of land to SYSCO would be consistent with the goals and <br />policies of the Mounds View Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, based on the above findings of <br />fact, the Mounds View City Council does hereby approve a Comprehensive Plan Land <br />Future Land Use Amendment on the tract to be transferred to SYSCO, as identified on <br />Exhibit 1, approving the future land use designation of Heavy Industrial “HI”, with the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the Comp Plan and PUD amendments only be effective upon successful <br />transfer of land to SYSCO. <br /> <br />2. That the applicant arrange to create the lot to be transferred by amending the <br />SYSCO plat via the major subdivision process. <br /> <br />3. That the applicant arrange for and coordinate the Comp Plan amendment <br />process with the Metropolitan Council. <br /> <br />4.
