<br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6511 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT <br />WITH MS. SUSAN HUSTON TO PROVIDE INTERIM <br />CABLE COORDINATION SERVICES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Cable TV Technician for the City of Mounds View has <br />resigned effective August 15, 2005; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, filling the position is a process that normally takes 45-60 days <br />to complete; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, staff has requested authorization to continue to fill the <br />position on a temporary basis utilizing a contract employee; and <br /> <br /> WHERAS, Ms. Susan Huston has worked on a temporary basis with the <br />City in the past and is qualified to perform the cable coordination duties. <br /> <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />authorizes staff to enter into an agreement with Ms. Susan Huston as a contract employee <br />for a period ending no later than November 1, 2005; or earlier if the regular position is <br />filled; and not to exceed twenty hours per week without Council approval for an extension <br />and at a wage not to exceed $20.00 per hour for the same period. <br /> <br /> Adopted this 22nd day of July, 2005. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Rob Marty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /> Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br /> <br />(seal) <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
